Pro Hockey 1 was launched in July of 2007. The independent author of this website is myself (Marco Lukacs). I have been an avid fan of hockey for the majority of my life. My favorite team of the National Hockey League (NHL) is the Pittsburgh Penguins. Hence, why the theme of this website is modeled from their team colors.

The purpose of Pro Hockey 1 is to inform people of the happenings in the world of hockey. The intended audience is anyone who has an interest in hockey. If you are not a fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins, you do not have to leave. I want to equally welcome all visitors to Pro Hockey 1. The primary information posted on Pro Hockey 1 is related towards the NHL.

If you're a regular visitor of this website, you'll likely notice that things keep changing. The reason is because this website is basically a working project of mine. I am hand-coding it by myself, and as a designer, I constantly want to change things. If this upsets anyone, I do apologize.

If you haven't already done so, I invite you to browse my website. I will try to update information as much as I posibly can.
